STEM Program Co-Ordinator
The STEM Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives that enhance STEM education .The candidate should have knowledge of current educational standards and best practices in STEM education. Candidate will develop innovative teaching and learning materials, design experiments and activities, conduct outreach and awareness programs, organize outdoor science activities such as educational tours and field trips, and prepare various reports and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative Teaching Learning Material (TLM), Publications, Kits, Exhibits.
- Technical Coordination with various Schools/ Centers/ Labs/ Channel Partners.
- Provide support and guidance to staff and participants involved in STEM activities.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of STEM programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
- Written and verbal communication skills, accuracy and thoroughness in tasks
- Candidate should be able to plan, design and conduct different trainings
Required Skill Set:
- Team Coordination: Ability to work effectively with team members, facilitating cooperation and collaboration to achieve common goals.
- Documentation and Presentation (Computer-Based): Proficient in creating detailed documentation and delivering engaging presentations using computer-based tools and software.
- Delivering engaging presentations using computer-based tools and software.
- Laboratory-based experiences.
- Robotics and electronics knowledge would be an added advantage.
Technical Experience:
- Laboratory based experience

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) or Engineering
