Purchase Associate
The Purchase Associate is responsible for identifying vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely order delivery while maintaining purchase records and supporting internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying vendors for different items and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best rates and terms.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain records of purchases and invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
- Creates a system support to the operations team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel Sheets and Documentation.
- 0-2 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Understanding Tally, CRM and GST norms would be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
- Health insurance.
- Second Saturday off.
